Small Farm Bootcamp
The goal of Small Farm Boot Camp is to provide resources to small-scale farmers and producers who are beginning a business. The curriculum is focused primarily on production and was designed to supplement the NC Farm School. It currently includes three curriculum tracks (vegetables, livestock, and fruits) with 6 to 9 modules each. In all three tracks, participants will learn about local food systems, soil health, integrated pest management, postharvest food safety, and putting a business plan to work.
