The Local Food Infrastructure Working Group at NC Local Food Council has developed a guide to help producers find nearby processors, distributors, retailers, and other key players in NC's food supply chain. The guide includes an interactive map that allows users to find local food intermediaries in their region, as well as a resource library that lists a variety of NC organizations and programs that help develop stronger infrastructure for NC's food systems.
