Bridging the Gap is Men & Women's free annual producer conference tackling the business of farming. Participants can expect to learn about agricultural best practices along the entire timeline, from seed to harvest and preliminary business planning to sales. In addition, participants can take advantage of Men & Women's connections with farmer service organizations across the state, including CFSA, RAFI, NCDA, and NC Cooperative Extension. The conference takes place in the winter or spring of each year.
