NC CHoices (CEFS)
Description of the Organization:
The NC Choices program focuses on and promotes the local meat supply chain in
NC, from raising the animals on the farm to the steps that occur after the animals leave the farm gate.
CEFS focuses on sustainable agriculture research, education and outreach. They
develop and promote food and farming systems that protect the environment,
strengthen local economies and provide economic opportunities in NC and beyond.
