Partner Community Capital (PCAP) is a nonprofit, mission-driven lender that provides flexible financing and strategic support to small businesses that build stronger, more equitable Appalachian and Southeastern communities. Since 2000, PCAP has helped entrepreneurs—especially those in underserved areas—start, grow, and sustain businesses that create jobs and local wealth. PCAP provides business advisory services, loan structuring support, training and workshops, special programs and targeted advisory services, and referrals and coordination to support small business owners and entrepreneurs in Appalachian and Southeastern communities.

PCAP Microloans	PCAP's microloan program provides flexible financing from $5,000 to $50,000 to help small businesses start, stabilize, or grow. Designed for entrepreneurs who may not qualify for traditional loans, the program offers personalized support and quick, accessible funding.
PCAP Loans	PCAP supports sustainable economic development by providing flexible loans to small and emerging businesses in North Carolina (and across Central and Southern Appalachia). PCAP also lends to nonprofit organizations. PCAP offers loans up to $1.5 million and works closely with borrowers to ensure they get the right loan for their needs.
Energy Efficient Enterprise Initiative	The Energy Efficient Enterprise Initiative (E3) helps small farms, businesses, and nonprofits lower their energy costs and grow a cleaner energy economy in the Southeast. The program provides 1:1 advisory support for energy project development, as well as incentives, grants, or loans depending on the project's size and timeline.
