Feast Down East is a nonprofit organization with a mission to strengthen the farming communities in Southeastern NC by providing resources, education, and distribution opportunities to farmers while making food accessible for communities with the greatest need. The programs of Feast Down East include farmer support, produce distribution, and increasing food access for all consumers. Feast Down East helps small and limited-resource farmers gain access to markets such as restaurants, grocers, schools, and hospitals in an effort to help people gain access to and eat more local food.
