Overview:

Safelite created The Safelite AutoGlass Foundation in 2005 as the official giving arm of the company. The Foundation is an employee-run organization that supports causes, charities, and giving initiatives that focus on family and well-being in the communities where they live and work.

• Shelter

 

Other grant requests may be considered based on their impact on the community.

Geographic Location:

With their Nationally Powered, Locally Driven approach, Safelite AutoGlass Foundation can help communities throughout their 10 regions (including NC).

​

Grant Size:

Twenty-five (25) $20,000 non-budgeted gifts are distributed each year by the Foundation. This is in addition to their smaller, more routine gift-giving throughout the year.

​

Requirements:

Organizations must be 501(c)(3) public charities.

​

Things you should know when applying:

​

• Priority is given to organizations that:

  • Have a Safelite associate involved as a board member, committee member, long-time volunteer or active participant

  • Promote the health and well-being of families

• Tell us about volunteer opportunities for possible involvement our associates

• Please do not submit more than one request per group in a calendar year.

• It may take up to 60 days for you to get a response to your request. Current calendar year requests must be made before October 31. Those received after October 31 will not be considered until the following calendar year.
