Overview:
The Office Depot Foundation awards grants to support initiatives that serve, teach and inspire youth and families and that support activities that serve community needs. If your organization is a 501(c)(3), school or library, it may be eligible for a cash and/or in-kind donation.

Organizations state wide are eligible to apply.
Grant Size:
Possible grant amounts will be between $50 and $3,000. Most grants will be approximately $1,000 and be supported by in-kind donations when inventory allows.
Requirements:
Grant applications are reviewed monthly. Please allow at least 12 weeks to receive a response from the Foundation staff.
Organizations are only eligible to receive funding once per calendar year.
To request a donation from Office Depot, provide a brief description of the organization, the Federal Tax ID number, an explanation of what is being requested and how they will be used in relation to Office Depot’s giving guidelines. Be sure to contact your local Office Depot manager and submit the information to your local Office Depot location.
The Office Depot reminds grant seekers that every one of its retail stores, distribution centers and warehouses is matched with a local nonprofit organization to which it makes ongoing product donations.
