Gannett Co., Inc. Foundation Community Action Grants

Overview:

Many TV and newspaper outlets nationwide are run by Gannett Co., Inc. The Gannett Foundation supports local nonprofit organizations in communities served by Gannet Co., Inc. Community Action Grants are meant to support education, as well as diverse types of environmental and economic improvements. 

Deadline:

Applications are accepted twice a year, once in mid to late February and mid to late August.

Currently, Gannett Co., Inc. serves the Asheville area of NC.

Grant Size:

The average grant amount is between $1,000 - $5,000.

Requirements:

Proposals should be submitted to the TV or newspaper station contact in your area.
